Mini Design Package

Our Design Process is straight forward: 

STEP 1: 

After your initial contact, we will provide a Service Quote based on the scope of work. Payment is collected and the design process has officially began! 

STEP 2: 

 We’ll send a "kick-off email" with a few questions to ensure our vision for your space aligns with your style, expectations, and preferences. If needed, we may request additional photos, measurements, or other details to help us curate your personalized package. 

STEP 3: 

We get to work and after a couple of days/weeks (depending on the scope), we will deliver your personalized Virtual Design Package straight to your email. You will find this interactive e-Booklet (PDF File) pleasantly easy to navigate and we surely know that you will love the click-n-shop feature to order online the suggested goods. Clients will have a Complementary 14-Day Designer Support* after the delivery of the package that can use to communicate 1:1 with us to provide their feedback, request re-sources of out-of-stock items if necessary and/or ask any questions they may have regarded the Package. After this period, our Services will conclude but Clients are always welcome to request further Design Work or Assistance at ANY stage of their Project for an additional fee.

Each Package has a flat fee. Message us for current rates. The final value of your package may vary depending on the add-ons or any other customizations you would like to include. Bundling Pricing available for multiple rooms/packages. We accept Zelle as our preferred payment method. Due to the electronic nature of this service, payment is collected in full prior any design work is carried on. For the same reason, we cannot offer refunds after your package is delivered because this is a custom service where your Designer has been dedicated to curate your room, creating a personalized Design Plan for you. 

Of course! You can always customize your package. Our most requested ADD-ONS are Paint Color Selection and Additional 2D/3D Renderings (Digital Concepts), but you can request ANY other add-on that you consider helpful. Contact us to determinate pricing. We will be glad to help you personalize your Package. 

Unless noted, most of our Small & Medium-Size eDesign Packages are usually delivered within 1-2 weeks upon payment is collected, and within 2-6 weeks for Full Design Packages. It will depend on the scope of work and our availability. Consult our current waiting list. We always do our best to expedite your package and accommodate every need.  

This is a Digital Service only, no virtual / in-person meetings or assistance with implementation is included with your package (available for an additional fee). You will have the flexibility to spruce your place at your own pace, meaning you can take care of the purchases & setup of the room when ready, and "DIY" or hiring your own contractors to help you with the non-styling works such as painting, renovations, electrical installs, etc. if your project requires any. Please note that any additional revisions or Design Work requested after the Complementary 14-Day Design Support will be subject of extra Service fees to cover our time being dedicated on your request. 

The hand-picked merchandise selections are design recommendations for your space based on our experience and play an integral part of the design process. VM Designs For You, LLC works with the Client in narrowing the options based on the Client’s desired scheme, finding the appropriate pieces, textiles and finishes that compliment the overall design concept. 

Our conceptual drawings, mock-ups or visual representations of your space are meant to show the suggested interior design concepts, including both space and/or floor plan specifications and furniture, furnishing, fixture, textile, and/or accessories specifications. They are not intendent to reflect the exact same size of the elements or their distribution in the room, neither our digital views can be used as a construction document for renovation purposes. Graphics may not be in exact scale so it's a responsibility of the Clients to double check if the specs and dimensions of the elements proposed satisfy their needs. 

Clients could implement this project at their own pace and could modify the Design Proposal (AKA eDesign Package) as their convenience since it serves as a guidance/visual reference. VM Designs For You, LLC cannot be liable for any work handled by the client or 3rd party neither we won't be responsible for any of those changes and the final results. Merchandise specifications can be provided to facilitate your purchase of such recommended items. Client can order online or shop for similar items at local furniture/home decor dealers. 

VM Designs For You, LLC will be available to answer any questions you might have about this Customized Design Package within the Complementary Designer Support Time stipulated and agreed on your Service Quote. After this grace period, additional services, design work or further advice can be requested at any time, but please understand that extra fee will apply (hourly basis or flat).
