HOW IT WORKS
If you're seeking professional design advice for your styling or remodeling project or need help solving a specific design dilemma, our Virtual Consultations will guide you in the right direction.
We offer this service via Zoom/FaceTime calls and/or Digital Reports. We will virtually tour your house, respond to your questions, and provide our best advice.
WHAT TOPICS WILL BE COVERED?
Any and every topic you need help with! For styling consultations, we can cover topics such as home decor suggestions, furniture layout, window treatments, or missing accessories to complete or revamp a room. For remodeling consultations, we can discuss general design ideas, layouts, and possible material/paint color suggestions.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Our Virtual Consultation Service serves as design advice only. If you book a video chat, you will receive real-time design advice via a Zoom or FaceTime call. If you book a digital report, you will need to send us certain information (such as pictures, measurements, and other details) so we can create a PDF file outlining our design recommendations for your space, including supporting images when necessary (see sample above). This option is ideal for those who prefer written/visual advice over verbal interaction. If you would like to utilize both service methods, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with an accurate service quote.
ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE
Virtual consultations do not include specific materials, shopping links, renderings, or other deliverables. However, they do offer general ideas for recommended items. If after our one-time session you would like more comprehensive assistance, please consider our eDesign Packages or Full-Service options.
SERVICE PRICING
There is a flat fee payable at the time of your booking. Our video meeting will last up to one hour, which is usually enough time to cover one room in depth or provide overviews for two rooms. Digital reports work in the same way. If you need more time or cover more areas, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate you.
